Every FÊTE NOIR order is handled automatically from the moment it’s placed. There is no holding period. There is no manual review. Once confirmed, your order moves forward.
1. Order Confirmation
When your payment is successful, your order is immediately confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. Production
All items are printed on demand. This means your piece is created specifically for you, production begins automatically, and no excess inventory is produced.
Production time: typically 2–5 business days
3. Fulfillment & Shipping
Once production is complete, your order is packaged, a tracking number is generated, and your item ships directly to you.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves production.
4. Delivery
Delivery times vary by location. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after production. International orders may take longer due to customs.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed once placed, and orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Please double-check size, color, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
Issues With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Approved cases receive a replacement or refund.
