All FÊTE NOIR pieces are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately. Each item is printed specifically for you through our production partners.

Processing time

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping time

Shipping times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after production. International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves production.

Please note:

• Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size selection
Change of mind
Preference after delivery

This is intentional. It reduces waste and ensures every piece exists for a reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
